Dr. Blair received his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from the Des Moines IA College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in 1986. He then completed a two-year surgical residency at the Veterans Administration Hospital in West Haven, CT. He became board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and American Board of Podiatric Orthopedics in 1992 and was re-certified in 2000. Dr. Blair is currently retired from preforming surgery but is in the office to provide the utmost care and compassion for his patients, when treating them for conditions related to the foot and ankle.
